This studio apartment consists of two rooms, which have tiled floors throughout. The large bed-sitting room has a colourful rug in the sitting area where there is an electric fire for extra cosiness in the cooler months. There is a fitted wardrobe and tallboy for storage. The adjoining shower/ WC. is compact but functional. The well equipped kitchen/diner is situated in the conservatory which also has an electric heater. This looks out over a private sitting area with table and chairs and a small lawned area for guests’ sole use.
Accommodation:
Compact studio type bed-sitting room with 5' double bed, electric fire, sofa and TV/video. Separate kitchen and dining room fitted with electric two ring hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee filter machine. Shower-room with electric shower, WC and wash-basin.

Inclusive Electricity. Use of swimming pool. Duvet. Towels. Video library.

Parking for 1 car. Short walk through garden to studio. Garden furniture and barbecue. Shop 2m. Pub 2m. Short Breaks available in off peak periods. Map Ref SW 417 236. Sorry, the studio is not really suitable for pets. Arr/Dep Saturday.
